At Raibba, we are committed to delivering quality products. However, if you receive a damaged item or an incorrect size, we offer a return or exchange under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return/Exchange
- Returns are only accepted in cases of:
- Damaged products
- Incorrect or mismatched size delivered
- Requests must be initiated within 24 days from the date of delivery.
Conditions
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted.
Process
- To request a return or exchange, contact our support team with:
- Order number
- Clear images of the issue (damage or size mismatch)
- Once approved, instructions for return shipment will be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that do not meet the above criteria
- Items returned after the 24-day window
Important Notes
- Raibba reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving a refund or exchange.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after approval.
