Return & Exchange Policy – Raibba

At Raibba, we are committed to delivering quality products. However, if you receive a damaged item or an incorrect size, we offer a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • Returns are only accepted in cases of:
    • Damaged products
    • Incorrect or mismatched size delivered
  • Requests must be initiated within 24 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted.

Process

  • To request a return or exchange, contact our support team with:
    • Order number
    • Clear images of the issue (damage or size mismatch)
  • Once approved, instructions for return shipment will be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that do not meet the above criteria
  • Items returned after the 24-day window

Important Notes

  • Raibba reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving a refund or exchange.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after approval.
